Join the team for a quick sync to discuss progress, blockers, and plans for the day.

Sprint Cycle​

  • Duration: 2 weeks, starting on Monday
  • Sprint Review & Planning: Thursday (end of sprint)
  • Staging Deployment: Friday (end of sprint)

Tools and Access​

Jira​

Our project tracking and issue management platform.

Setup:

  1. You'll receive an invite to your @pivotapp.ca email
  2. Accept the invitation and set up your account

GitHub​

All our repositories are hosted in the Pivot Organization.

Setup:

  1. Provide your GitHub username to the team
  2. You'll receive an invitation to the Pivot Organization
  3. Review our Git Workflow to understand our branching strategy
